About OpsSolo
I’ve watched what feels like millions of YouTube videos, read blogs, and worked through tutorials. Along the way, I kept notes and summaries, then turned the useful parts into workflows for my own freelance work. OpsSolo is where I share those resources.
Most of what I collect comes back to two parts of freelance work: keeping projects organized and making sense of the finances.
Every product in this shop is one I’ve used myself.

From learning to useful tools
I collect ideas from tutorials, blogs and tools I use. The useful part is working out what helps in my own setup. I keep notes as I go and turn the ones I return to into guides, templates, workbooks or other resources.
My business-administration studies give me another way to think about how a small business works. I bring that perspective together with what I have tried myself when I put a resource together.
The shop covers different parts of freelance work. One resource might help you organize a project; another might help you think through a financial decision or follow a particular workflow. Each product page spells out its format and contents, so you can tell whether it fits what you need.
