OpsSolo Standard Digital Product License

1. License grant

After a purchase or free-resource claim, the individual who obtained the product (the Licensee) receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the supplied files for the Licensee's personal work, the Licensee's own business, and work carried out for the Licensee's clients.

The Licensee may edit the files and make as many working copies as needed. Repeated use and adaptation for different projects are permitted.

2. Team and contractor access

Employees and contractors may access and work with copies only on the Licensee's behalf, for the Licensee's business or client work. The Licensee must limit access to people who need it for that work and ensure they do not redistribute the files. Access must end when their work for the Licensee ends.

3. Client deliverables

The Licensee may deliver work, analysis, documents, or other results created with the product to clients, including for commercial use. The product's original files, editable templates, and reusable source materials must not be included in or supplied with those deliverables.

4. Restrictions

The Licensee may not sell, rent, give away, sublicense, transfer, publicly publish, or otherwise redistribute the product files or editable source materials. The Licensee may not include them in a bundle, template library, marketplace listing, or other product or service that gives another person access to the files or lets them reuse the underlying template.

5. Ownership

The product files remain the intellectual property of OpsSolo or the applicable rights holder. This license grants permission to use the files as described; it does not transfer ownership. Rights not expressly granted here remain reserved.

6. Duration of the file license and legal rights

The license is granted for an unlimited period, subject to compliance with these terms. This license does not limit any mandatory rights that apply under consumer-protection law. Purchase and delivery terms, including any applicable right of withdrawal and statutory remedies for defective digital content, are described in the Terms of Service and are governed by applicable law.

7. Hosted online tools

Some OpsSolo products are hosted online tools rather than downloadable files. Their product page states the access conditions. Access continues while OpsSolo operates the tool. If OpsSolo discontinues it, access is guaranteed for at least 12 months from the order confirmation. After that minimum period, OpsSolo may discontinue or materially change hosted access after reasonable prior notice. Hosted access is separate from the unlimited-period license for files in section 6. Nothing here limits mandatory statutory supply periods, remedies or other consumer rights.

8. Support

For a file that cannot be opened or appears incomplete or damaged, contact support@opssolo.com and include the product name and a short description of the issue.

This license applies to OpsSolo paid products and free resources unless a product page expressly states additional or different license terms.

OpsSolo Open Resource License

1. Permission to use and share

OpsSolo grants every person worldwide a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to copy, use, share, publish, translate, adapt, and build upon the specific OpsSolo resource that is marked as available under this license. These permissions include personal, educational, professional, and commercial use.

You may give away the original resource and your adaptations without charge. You may use the ideas and methods in your own work and services, including work for clients.

2. No resale or paid access by recipients

OpsSolo may offer the original resource for paid access. Once you receive it, you may share the original resource and your adaptations only without charge. You may not sell, rent, license, or otherwise charge others for either one; put either behind a paywall; bundle either into a paid product, subscription, course, or membership; or make payment or donation a condition of access. You may use the ideas and methods in paid work, services, or client deliverables, provided you do not include the resource or an adaptation as a paid item.

3. Honest presentation

You may not claim that OpsSolo's original resource was created by you or that OpsSolo endorses your adaptation, product, or service. You are not required to provide attribution, though a link back to the OpsSolo resource is welcome. If you share an adaptation, describe it as your modified version so readers can distinguish it from the original.

4. Ownership and third-party material

OpsSolo and other applicable rights holders retain ownership of their contributions. This license does not grant rights to third-party material identified in the resource, trademarks, logos, or other content that OpsSolo does not own. You are responsible for checking and respecting rights that may apply to material you reuse.

5. Duration and termination

The permissions are granted for an unlimited period. If you breach the no-resale condition, this license ends for you until the breach is corrected and any unauthorized paid distribution is stopped. Permissions already granted directly to other people who received compliant copies are not withdrawn by a later change to the OpsSolo website.

6. No warranty and legal rights

The resource is provided as-is, without a promise that it will fit a particular purpose or produce a particular result. Nothing in this license limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable law may provide additional protections.

7. Scope

This license applies only to an OpsSolo resource whose product page or resource page expressly names the OpsSolo Open Resource License. Other OpsSolo products and resources remain under the license stated for them. This license does not replace the OpsSolo Terms of Service.
