AI use and transparency
Here is how I use AI at OpsSolo, where human review fits in, and how customer information is kept separate from AI tools.

I use AI for some tasks, but most of the work of creating OpsSolo resources is mine. I shape and edit the material and decide what gets published. I do not run end-to-end AI workflows that publish resources automatically, and I do not build or train an OpsSolo AI model.
I write and prepare most site and product material myself. When I use AI to help, I review and edit the result before publication. An AI response does not go straight onto OpsSolo.
I use AI-generated images for artistic purposes. Other visuals are screenshots I captured myself. I do not use deepfakes.
I built OpsSolo’s site workflows so customer records in Supabase are used for the site’s account, order and download functions, not sent to an AI model. The site has no AI feature that reads its customer database. I also keep customer account details, support messages and order information out of my own AI prompts, and never use them to train a model.
For chat, I use DeepSeek because I find its answers the most candid. I use Gemini, including Nano Banana, for image generation and other creative work. For other tasks I usually use ChatGPT. When I want to keep important work local, I use Qwen locally. That is my personal workflow, not a recommendation. You do not need to use the same tools.
I may publish resources that use AI, such as prompts or guided workflows. A product listing should make any required service or access clear. If you use a provider yourself, its own terms and privacy practices apply; check them before sharing sensitive information.
Try a page in ZeroGPT or Scribbr’s AI detector and see what it reports. The pages I tested were not labelled AI-generated. That reflects how I work: AI can help, but I review and shape the content before it appears here.
Optional Google Analytics loads only after consent. I use site analytics to understand which pages and resources people use, then decide manually what to improve or create. Analytics is not used to train AI. The Cookie Policy explains how optional analytics works on the site.
Some OpsSolo resources explain AI workflows you may choose to use yourself. If you decide to provide your own files or personal information to an external AI service, that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply. Check them before sharing anything sensitive. OpsSolo does not control what another provider does with information you submit directly to it.
