A clear look at how OpsSolo handles account access, emails, checkout and product delivery.

You sign in with the email address and password you set. New passwords must contain at least 12 characters. The current account flow does not offer multi-factor authentication, so use a unique password and protect the inbox connected to your account.
OpsSolo sends account, support and purchase-related emails. We will never ask you to send your password by email. If you receive an unexpected message, do not follow its link. Open OpsSolo directly and contact support if you are unsure.
When you check out, you leave OpsSolo for the payment provider’s hosted page. Card details are entered there, not in an OpsSolo form. OpsSolo records an order after payment is confirmed. Read the payments and checkout details, then see the separate refund policy.
For a paid download, OpsSolo checks the order, product and refund status before requesting a file from private storage. The file URL created for that download lasts 60 seconds. Keep the purchase email and its access link private, and avoid forwarding them. The license included with a product permits use in your own business and client work, while prohibiting sharing or resale of the supplied files. External resources, such as a shared Notion page, follow that service’s own access and sharing settings.
The site uses account, order and delivery information to provide its features. Payment details are entered on the hosted checkout page, not into an OpsSolo form. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. See the separate AI Use Policy for how customer information is kept separate from AI-assisted work.
Please send a concise report to support@opssolo.com. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other people’s private information.
For the machine-readable vulnerability disclosure contact, see OpsSolo’s security.txt. This technical file is separate from this customer security page.
No website can remove every risk. This page describes the current OpsSolo application and is not a security certification.
