Checkout and payment information
Here is how payment works at OpsSolo, what happens after checkout and where to read the separate refund policy.
OpsSolo opens Stripe’s hosted checkout page. The payment options available for your order are shown there before you confirm payment.
When you continue to checkout, OpsSolo opens Stripe’s hosted Checkout page. You enter your payment details there, not in an OpsSolo form. The shop is set up for one-time purchases; available payment methods are shown securely at checkout. OpsSolo checks the configured Stripe price against the product before starting checkout, then confirms completed payments from Stripe’s signed webhook event.
OpsSolo product prices are shown in EUR, include applicable taxes and are one-time amounts. Stripe Checkout may offer a field for a VAT or other tax ID. Entering an ID does not by itself determine the tax treatment, so review the total and purchase details shown in Checkout before confirming payment. There is no recurring subscription in the current checkout flow.
Once Stripe confirms payment, OpsSolo records the order and sends a purchase email with access to the purchased files. If the message does not arrive, check your spam folder first. You can then write to support@opssolo.com from the email address used at checkout.
OpsSolo does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, and the handling of withdrawal rights for digital content depends on the applicable legal requirements and the consent recorded for the specific purchase. If a file is missing, damaged or will not open, contact support so the delivery can be checked. Read the full refund policy for digital products.
