- Order and delivery details, including purchased product identifiers, order value, payment-session identifiers and download activity needed to provide access.
- Information you submit in contact, feedback and feature-request forms, including messages, ratings and names you choose to provide.
- Free-sample claim details, such as the sample requested, account or email identifier, verification status and your separate marketing choice.

- Basic technical and security information processed by the site or its hosting providers to deliver pages, protect forms and investigate service issues.
- When you use a browser-based calculator, the figures you enter are processed in your browser to show the result; the planner does not send or save those figures to your OpsSolo account.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or confidential client information through a contact or feature-request form.
Why the information is used
Accounts, orders and delivery
To create and manage an account, process an order, provide downloads and handle a free-sample claim. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Invoices and statutory records
To meet tax, bookkeeping and other legal record-keeping duties. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Support, feedback and feature requests
To reply to a message, review feedback or assess a submitted feature request. Depending on the request, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely handling the request and operating the service.
Optional product emails
If you actively opt in, the email address and consent record are used for occasional OpsSolo product and discount messages. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time by using an unsubscribe option where provided or writing to support@opssolo.com.
Security and abuse prevention
To validate submitted email addresses against a local disposable-email-domain list, limit abusive submissions and protect accounts and downloads. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is used only after you accept the optional analytics category. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG for storing or accessing information on your device.
Services that process information
- Netlify hosts and delivers the website and its application runtime.
- Supabase provides account authentication, the application database and file storage used by OpsSolo.
- Stripe provides the hosted checkout and payment processing. Stripe receives the details needed to process a payment, including billing information. OpsSolo does not receive your full card number through its application.
- SevDesk is used for invoice administration. Where an invoice is created there, the customer, billing, tax and order details needed for that invoice are processed in SevDesk, and invoice records are retained for the periods required by law.
- Resend sends application emails, including support-form messages, purchase and delivery emails, and email confirmations initiated by site forms. Supabase Auth handles account confirmation and password-reset flows using the email delivery configuration in the Supabase project.
- Google Analytics receives analytics data only if you accept optional analytics in the cookie banner.
These providers process information as part of the services they supply. Their own privacy terms and processing terms also apply. Provider infrastructure and support may involve processing in countries outside your own, including outside the European Economic Area, subject to each provider’s configuration and transfer safeguards. The exact region and transfer settings for the OpsSolo accounts must be checked in those provider dashboards.
Forms, free samples and checkout emails
Contact messages are sent to OpsSolo by email and are not stored in the application database. Feedback submissions, including the rating and any optional comment or name, are stored in the private OpsSolo admin dashboard for review. Feature requests are stored in the OpsSolo database with the details you submit and may also trigger an email notification. A free-sample claim is recorded so access can be checked and abuse limited. Email-only claims require confirmation before a download is provided.
After Stripe confirms a paid order, OpsSolo records the order details needed for purchase history and sends an email with access to the purchased files. OpsSolo does not currently send abandoned-checkout reminder emails.
The local email check compares the domain portion of an address with a static disposable-email-domain list. It does not send the address to an external email-validation API.
Browser-based customer tools
For the Paid Ads Break-Even Planner, calculation inputs remain in the open browser page. OpsSolo does not save those values to the account database or send them to an AI service. Closing or refreshing the page clears the entries. The page still checks account sign-in and purchase access in order to provide the tool. Do not put sensitive client or payment-card information into the planner.
How long information is kept
Account information is kept while the account is active and for the time needed to handle related claims or legal duties. Order and invoice records are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial-record laws. Support messages, feedback and feature requests are kept while they are needed to respond, review submissions, maintain the service or document their handling. Marketing records are kept until you withdraw consent, subject to retaining a minimal record of the withdrawal. Technical logs follow the retention settings of the hosting and security services.
The application does not currently apply one published, fixed deletion period to every category above. Some retention periods also depend on settings in Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, Resend and Google Analytics. A request to delete information can be sent to support@opssolo.com; information that must be retained by law or for a claim may not be deleted immediately.
Cookies and browser storage
OpsSolo stores your cookie choice in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days. Account sessions and the shopping cart use browser storage needed for the features you request. Google Analytics is not loaded before you accept optional analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice in Cookie settings. See the separate Cookie Policy for the cookie names and additional details.
Your privacy rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you can object on grounds relating to your situation. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. To exercise a right, write to support@opssolo.com. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, including the authority responsible for your place of residence or work.
AI and automated decisions
OpsSolo does not use customer account, order or support records to train an AI model. The site’s application workflows do not send those records to an AI model. Read the AI Use Policy for more about how AI is used to prepare site content and products. OpsSolo does not make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
Changes and related information
