Digital products
OpsSolo does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. This policy does not remove or limit any consumer rights that apply by law.
If you are a consumer, you can generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content and hosted digital services, the period generally starts when the contract is concluded. Send a clear statement of your decision before the period ends; the model form below is optional.
The current checkout does not collect separate consent and acknowledgement for an early start that would end a withdrawal right. OpsSolo therefore does not rely on such an early loss. If a future checkout requests that consent, the wording and process will be shown separately before the order is placed.
To withdraw, contact David Krippl, c/o flexdienst – #20185, Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 74, 67663 Kaiserslautern, Germany, or email support@opssolo.com. State your name, the email used for the order, the product and your order reference. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received for the contract within the period required by law, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. This does not affect mandatory rights or remedies for a digital product that is not as agreed.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
