Purchases and digital delivery
Terms of Service
These terms explain how orders for OpsSolo digital products are placed, paid for, delivered and used.
Last updated October 9, 2026.
1. Provider and scope
These Terms apply to purchases of digital templates, guides, tools, ebooks and related files offered through OpsSolo. OpsSolo sells digital products only and does not ship physical items. Product images are illustrative; the purchased files or account access are the items described in each product's Product details. OpsSolo does not provide website-building or other bespoke services through this shop. The provider and contact details are in the Legal Notice.
2. Product information and prices
Each product page describes the resource, its format, included files, applicable license and price. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), include applicable taxes, and are one-time prices. Review the product details and the total displayed in Stripe checkout before placing an order.
3. Placing an order
The product catalogue is an invitation to place an order. Checkout shows the selected products and total before payment. Payment is processed through Stripe’s hosted checkout. An order is recorded after Stripe confirms successful payment, and OpsSolo sends an order email to the address provided at checkout. Keep that email so you can access the delivery information.
4. Digital delivery
Purchased files are delivered electronically, normally through the order email and the account area where available. Access links may be time-limited or subject to reasonable security controls. If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact support@opssolo.com from the purchase email address.
5. License and permitted use
The license named on the product page applies to that product and is part of the purchase terms. The Licenses page contains the current license texts. These Terms do not expand or reduce the license attached to a specific product. You may use the resource only within the permissions and restrictions of that license.
6. Withdrawal, refunds and faulty files
OpsSolo does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. This does not remove statutory consumer rights. The current checkout does not collect separate consent and acknowledgement to start digital performance early for the purpose of ending a withdrawal right. OpsSolo therefore does not rely on an early loss of that right. Read the Refund Policy for the withdrawal process and model form. If a file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, contact support so the issue can be checked.
7. Updates and compatibility
Product pages state the formats and tools a resource is designed for. You are responsible for checking those requirements before ordering. Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase does not include ongoing updates, support for third-party software or future versions. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Hosted online tools and access period
Some products are hosted tools that you use through a confirmed OpsSolo account rather than files you download. A confirmed account is required before checkout for these products; guest checkout is not available. The applicable product page states what is included. Access continues while OpsSolo operates the tool. If OpsSolo discontinues it, access is guaranteed for at least 12 months from the order confirmation. After that minimum period, OpsSolo may discontinue or materially change hosted access after reasonable prior notice. This does not cancel any mandatory statutory rights, remedies or supply period that applies to your purchase. Hosted access is separate from the perpetual file-use license described on the Licenses page. It does not promise that OpsSolo will operate the tool forever.
9. Use of the website
You must provide accurate information needed to complete an order and keep your account credentials secure. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the site or use the service unlawfully. These requirements do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or restriction. Statutory rights relating to digital products and defective delivery remain in force.
11. Applicable law and consumer rights
German law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the country where you live. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded by agreement.
12. Contact and related policies
For order or delivery questions, contact support@opssolo.com. These Terms should be read with the applicable product license, Refund Policy, Payments information, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
