Access for everyone
Accessibility statement
OpsSolo aims to make its website and digital resources usable by as many people as possible. This page explains what is covered, what has and has not been assessed, and how to report a barrier.
Last updated October 1, 2026
Scope
This statement covers the public OpsSolo website, including product information, account and contact forms, and the steps used to claim or purchase digital resources. Downloadable files and linked resources can use different formats and third-party platforms; their accessibility may vary by product.
Assessment status
A comprehensive accessibility assessment of the current website and product files has not yet been completed. OpsSolo therefore does not claim that the website or its resources conform to WCAG or another accessibility standard. The status is not assessed.
Accessibility is considered during ongoing site work, but that does not replace a complete evaluation with assistive technologies and representative user environments. No compatibility list or independent audit report is currently available.
Known limitations
Because a full assessment has not been completed, OpsSolo cannot provide a verified, complete list of accessibility barriers across every page, file format, browser and assistive technology. Some products are delivered as editable spreadsheets, PDFs or external resources; accessibility features differ between those formats and the tools used to open them.
Product pages describe the available formats. If a format or interaction creates a barrier, contact OpsSolo and identify the resource and the task you were trying to complete. An alternative format may be considered where practical.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you cannot access information or complete an action on OpsSolo, email support@opssolo.com or use the contact form. Please include the page or product, what you were trying to do, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser and assistive technology you use. Do not send passwords or payment details.
OpsSolo will review the report and consider what can be changed or offered as an alternative. No fixed response time is promised at this time.
Accessibility references
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are an international reference for accessible web content. This link is provided as background information and is not a statement that OpsSolo has been assessed against those guidelines.
